This role holds a key position within the management team, working closely with General Management and Marketing to boost occupancy, profitability, and brand positioning. To succeed in this role, a combination of leadership, results orientation, negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of national and international tourism markets is required. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute the hotel's annual commercial plan. * Identify business opportunities and new markets. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and corporate clients. * Coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department. * Represent the hotel at trade fairs, events, and commercial presentations. * Negotiate contracts and strategic agreements with clients and partners. * Monitor commercial performance and prepare follow-up reports. * Collaborate with reservations, front desk, and management departments to ensure excellent customer experience. **Requirements** * University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the hotel sector, preferably in 4\* or higher hotels. * Fluent in Spanish and English (German or French is a plus). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. * Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and commercial management systems. * Willingness to travel and attend industry events. **At Los Olivos Beach Resort, every person matters.
