The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while managing required teams and resources. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise building project execution—from inception through final handover. * Monitor project budget, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Manage and coordinate human resources (in-house team and subcontractors) and materials. * Ensure adherence to execution timelines and work quality standards. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain smooth communication with the Project Management Office, client, and other stakeholders. * Manage technical and administrative documentation related to the project. * Resolve on-site incidents and make technical decisions. **Requirements:** * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager on building projects, preferably residential or landmark projects. * In-depth knowledge of current construction, health, and safety regulations. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Presto) and CAD software. * Leadership skills, team management capability, and problem-solving aptitude. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to perform under pressure. * Residence in Badajoz or willingness to relocate.
