Job Summary: As an advisor in highly technical aspects, this role supports sales with product pre-sales, develops new applications, and ensures product training and optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical advisory on CNC products and applications. 2. Definition of requirements for new products. 3. Training of technical and sales staff on products. Depending on the subsidiary's management direction, this role is responsible for analyzing applications deemed opportune by the sales team, as well as providing pre-sales support for CNC products. This person serves as the technical advisor for the area on matters requiring strong technical expertise. * Commission our products on customers' machines. * Contribute expertise during the definition of requirements for new products. * In coordination with the training manager, ensure that both technical and sales staff in our area are trained on products and new features. * Provide technical support to customers, train their technicians, and optimize application of our products on their machines. * Collect customer suggestions regarding products and define features. * Support sales staff and other technical personnel in the area in implementing applications or projects of interest. * Electronics Engineering: Experience with CNC, PLC programming, servo motors, and sensing. * Programming language knowledge (e.g., HTML5, Visual Basic, C, C\+\+) is a plus. * Willingness to travel. * Proficiency in English. * French proficiency is a plus.
