At Grupo Secoex, we are seeking a Security Operator for our Alarm Receiving Center (A.R.C.) in Badajoz. Minimum requirements: – Education: Vocational Training Level I / II – Advanced user-level computer skills. – Experience in the Private Security and Telecommunications sector will be valued. – Experience in telephone customer service. – Teamwork ability. – Availability to work rotating shifts M\-T\-N, from Mon\-Sun, on a roster basis. – Highly valued: experience in Alarm Receiving Centers and knowledge of two-way programming and technical assistance services for CCTV and Intrusion Systems. – A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be considered an advantage, though not mandatory. Main responsibilities: – Processing and managing alarm signals. – Receiving phone calls. – Writing reports and emails. – Providing telephone support to clients and suppliers. – Reporting incidents to system maintenance companies. – Coordinating emergency response and key custody services. – Updating security protocols. – Ongoing collaboration with State Security Forces. – Performing administrative tasks typical of the department.
