Job Summary: We are seeking a crane operator to provide roadside assistance, performing vehicle loading, securing, and transportation; traffic signage; and route management with customer service orientation. Supportive and collaborative environment focused on problem solving. We are looking for a crane operator to deliver roadside assistance services in the Esparraguera area. The main responsibilities include loading, securing, and transporting passenger cars and trucks using flatbeds or cranes, always adhering to safety protocols. You will also be required to set up traffic signage and protect the worksite on public roads, maintain constant communication with the control center and insurance companies, and manage assistance reports and routes to organize your daily schedule efficiently. Direct interaction with drivers involves providing post-incident advice, offering support, and clarifying next steps. Professional conduct is required in traffic situations, breakdowns, or accidents—maintaining composure and applying appropriate protocols. This is a dynamic, outdoor role where physical fitness and adaptability are essential. The company provides initial training and on-the-job mentoring, even for candidates without prior experience, facilitating technical skill development. This is a permanent contract with a structured schedule, offering some flexibility depending on service needs. Compensation includes an annual base salary plus additional payments for overtime, night shifts, or holidays, recognizing the required availability. The work environment emphasizes mutual support and collaboration, prioritizing problem resolution and customer service. Valid driving license category C for passenger vehicles and category C\+E with CAP for trucks. Prior experience is not mandatory; both junior and senior profiles are welcome. Familiarity with or willingness to learn flatbeds, winches, and lashing systems is required. Ability to remain calm in traffic or stressful situations.
