Your role will include managing sales, closing contracts, handling billing follow-up, and performing administrative tasks — all with a clear results-oriented, solution-driven, and service-excellence mindset. Requirements * Passion for sales and customer service. * Organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude. * Proactivity, optimism, and eagerness to learn. * Experience working with goals and KPIs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., in-person/telephone/cross-selling/retail/commercial advisory or sales). * Advanced proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.). * Administrative/Back-Office experience. * Availability to work across Bluespace centers located in the Barcelona Coastal Area: Badalona, El Prat, Sant Boi, Sant Adrià. * Personal vehicle required for commuting.
