While deeply rooted in Barcelona, we project our Mediterranean identity internationally—present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares worldwide. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, shaping urban landscapes through our business lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (paving), and **Building** (architectural concrete). The selected candidate will be responsible for performing finishing-process tasks—including moving and flipping pieces—and executing any overhead crane movements required during production. The role operates under the supervision of the Finishing Manager or Section Manager—or, alternatively, the Team Leader—and adheres strictly to applicable regulations and procedures. The candidate will support finishing operators during the finishing process, following instructions from the Finishing Manager or Section Manager—or, alternatively, the Team Leader. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Perform all piece and component movements associated with the finishing process. * Assist in finishing tasks requiring intermediate-level proficiency in operating shot-blasting machines and grinders, under the supervision of the Section Supervisor and following provided instructions and training. * Execute work to achieve required finishing quality standards for pieces, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Production Manager. * Identify quality deficiencies in pieces and report any issues to the supervisor. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations—and collaborate with supervisors on this— including proper use of PPE and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Assist in other production tasks as deemed necessary by supervisors due to organizational production requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent professional development opportunity within a company recognized as a leader in the construction sector and grounded in strong ethical values. * A highly positive working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed.
