At our Amavir Diagonal residential facility, we require nurses for afternoon or night shifts. The offered salary exceeds the collective agreement and includes two bonuses. Key responsibilities include, among others: conducting a comprehensive resident assessment upon admission and keeping up-to-date the sections of the clinical file related to health aspects, as well as maintaining accurate records of clinical evolution or episodes; delivering scheduled healthcare services according to health protocols, patient safety measures, and instructions from physicians and/or Nursing Manager and/or Nursing Coordinator; administering, preparing, recording, and reviewing prescribed pharmacological treatments for each resident; updating the Individualized Care Plan (ICP)/Auxiliary Staff Sheet whenever there is any change in the resident’s condition and training auxiliary staff on its content.
