Job Summary: We are seeking an operator for plastic manufacturing machines, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, adjustments, 3D design, and continuous improvement of production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of plastic machinery. 2. Reference adjustments, 3D design, and production optimization. 3. Full-time rotating shift from Monday to Friday. An operator is required for plastic manufacturing machines in LLIÇÀ D'AMUNT. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance: lubrication, filter replacement, and replacement of worn parts; and corrective maintenance: fault diagnosis and replacement of sensors, heating elements, bearings, pneumatic valves, encoders, variable-frequency drives, and motors. Additional tasks include adjustments due to reference changes, 3D design using Fusion 360, 3D printing with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer, spare parts warehouse organization, continuous improvement of production lines, and electrical panel optimization (cable identification and schematic development). Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis (morning, afternoon, and night), with breaks as stipulated by law. * Prior experience in the industry. * We seek a versatile and proactive candidate. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is advantageous. * Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
