TASKS • Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. • Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. • Perform periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. • Handle food in compliance with current regulations. • Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. ### **Requirements** Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels.
