Job Introduction

Due to a **maternity leave**, we seek to hire a **General Accountant** to support the department during this period and, subsequently, **continue with an indefinite contract**, provided both parties agree.

WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
* Analytical accounting by cost center or project.
* Recording and filing of domestic, intra-EU, and international invoices.
* Daily accounting entries: suppliers, customers, banks, expenses, visas, etc.
* Issuing and controlling customer invoices.
* Purchase Order management and approval workflow tracking.
* Daily SII reporting and verification of accounting ledgers.
* Supplier and customer setup in Navision.
* Monitoring outstanding balances and payment management.
* Travel expense and corporate card control.
* Monthly accruals and support for closing processes.
* Management of lease and rental contracts.
* Submission of monthly tax forms (e.g., Form 349, Intrastat, etc.).
* Preparation of documentation for external audit.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), IFRS, and taxation (VAT, EP is valued).
* Minimum **4 years** of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in group accounting for international companies.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision or SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
* Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and strong team player.
