At Construcciones Rubau, with over 50 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, we develop construction projects, concessions, conservation and maintenance of civil works and buildings. In addition, we have specialized divisions in water management, waste, renewable energies and rehabilitation, operating in countries such as Spain, Mexico and Poland. Currently, our Building Catalonia team is looking to incorporate a Post-Sales Intern to provide support on various projects in Barcelona. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Post-Sales team in monitoring assigned promotions. * Collaborate in preparing reports on the status of projects during the post-sales phase. * Assist in property handover visits to owners. * Help prepare review lists and record incidents reported by customers. * Provide support in customer service under the supervision of the assigned mentor. * Collaborate with the Commercial team in coordinating pre-handover visits. * Support documentation management required for establishing communities. * Participate in coordination of external services (cleaning, maintenance, concierge, etc.). #### **Requirements:** * Final-year student or recent graduate in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or similar field. * Interest in post-sales area and residential project management. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced user level). * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Presto will be valued. * Responsible person with initiative, attention to detail and good communication skills. #### **We Offer:** * Internship agreement with potential for professional development within the company. * Continuous training and guidance from the technical team. * Collaborative work environment in an established company within the sector. * Financial assistance according to the agreement and duration of the internship. * Location: Barcelona and surrounding areas.
