As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental services, providing essential support to our dentists and oral health professionals.** **In this role, you will be part of a dedicated and committed team that works closely together to deliver a comprehensive and personalized experience to each of our patients. Your responsibilities will include sterilizing and preparing equipment, assisting in dental procedures, managing clinical records, scheduling appointments, and advising patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in radiology, orthopantomography, and 3D scanning.** **Your responsibilities** * **Perform 3D scans, radiology, material sterilization, and equipment preparation.** * **Receive patients, clearly explain treatment procedures, and ensure the accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.** * **Support front-desk and daily administrative tasks, maintaining a smooth and efficient flow between the doctor and the patient.** * **Deliver "Impressive" results through self-motivation, leading by example, and continuous improvement.** **Required skills and experience:** * **Certification or training in Dental Assisting or related fields** * **Proven experience in sterilizing and preparing dental equipment** * **Strong patient care and effective communication skills** * **Solid knowledge of clinical records, appointment scheduling, and radiology** * **Ability to provide advice on oral hygiene and preventive care** * **Team-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence** * **Full availability for 40 hours per week
