We are looking for a passionate **Clinical Director** to build teams capable of selling and delivering an excellent product at our **Barcelona** clinic. **Responsibilities** * Be the face of Impress: greet customers, explain our product, financing options, and guide customers through timelines and expectations. * Achieve your sales targets, ensure you meet your sales conversion goals, and provide first-class patient care so every patient is excited to begin treatment. * Meet or exceed your monthly KPIs. Resolve patient-related issues or concerns in collaboration with the clinic team or headquarters teams as needed. * Connect with and build genuine relationships with our customers. * Respond to all calls and emails with a sense of urgency. * Follow up with potential customers and maintain them in a pipeline for future opportunities. * Self-motivation and hunger for success.
