Our business model, a true combination of medical expertise and digitalization has been recognized in the top fastest\-growing HealthTech companies by **Forbes** and we are currently listed as a **LinkedIn Top 10 startup!** At this stage of our journey we are looking for an **Analytics Engineer**to join our team on a hybrid basis. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning * Hands\-on experience with DBT for data transformation and modeling * Strong Python skills for data processing and basic ETL development * Experience using AI tools for coding **Nice to Have:** * Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) * Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Airbyte) **Responsibilities:** **1\)Data Infrastructure \& Ingestion** * Integrate and maintain new data sources into the data warehouse (e.g. APIs, CRMs, internal tools), ensuring reliable and scalable pipelines * Monitor and ensure the health of the data warehouse infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving data quality or pipeline issues **2\)Data Modeling \& Transformation** * Design and maintain data models using dbt, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with business definitions * Collaborate with the data team to improve and document the existing data layer **3\)Stakeholder\-Facing \& End\-to\-End Projects** * Lead end\-to\-end data projects from requirements gathering with business stakeholders through to delivery and documentation * Translate business needs into data solutions, acting as the bridge between technical implementation and business understanding * Communicate findings, progress and blockers clearly to non\-technical audiences **What We Offer:** * **Vacation Days** to ensure you have time to relax and recharge * **Sick Leave Coverage** for when you need to focus on your health * Enjoy **Spanish Public Holidays** on top of your vacation days * A company\-provided **laptop and necessary equipment** to help you excel in your role * **Exclusive Teeth Aligner Benefits** as part of your employee perks * A **modern, vibrant workplace** where collaboration and creativity thrive * A **team that feels more like a family**, with plenty of laughs and support along the way * A **stylish office in a prime location**, perfect for inspiring ideas and good vibes
