Incident resolution to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction In Sant Andreu de la Barca, we are looking for a person to provide administrative support for our export operations. This role will be a key contributor to commercial management, facilitating communication with customers and suppliers across diverse international markets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include preparing all necessary export documentation, monitoring and tracking received orders, and managing all communications. Additionally, the role involves resolving any incidents that may arise to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We require an organized, proactive individual with strong fluency in English and French. The position is temporary and part-time. University degree (Bachelor's) and at least two years of demonstrable experience in similar roles. Advanced proficiency in three languages: Spanish, English (CEFR level B2), and French. Advanced user-level knowledge of office software.
