




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual for administrative support and data analysis, responsible for managing orders, invoices, and coordinating with distributors, with opportunities for growth into digital marketing. Temporary contract with possibility of becoming permanent. We require a candidate to perform administrative support and data analysis tasks, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Initial responsibilities include end-to-end order management—from receipt and validation to follow-up with store managers. Coordination with distributors is required, along with handling any incidents and ensuring accurate merchandise entry into the system. The candidate will also review and validate supplier invoices, as well as carry out other office administrative tasks. Over time—and as capability is demonstrated—the scope of responsibilities will expand into data analysis and digital marketing. This includes creating detailed monthly reports and charts, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and supporting digital content management. The candidate will also participate in communication and promotional activities, including managing content for online stores. This progression enables a more comprehensive understanding of the business and skill development within a dynamic environment. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration is required, along with a high level of Excel proficiency—including pivot tables and report generation. Experience with SAP and knowledge of digital marketing are considered advantageous. We seek a proactive, organized, and analytical individual capable of adapting to new responsibilities. The contract is temporary with possibility of becoming permanent. Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reports). Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and digital marketing tools is desirable. A minimum of 2 years of prior experience is required.
