Customer service and management of corporate databases. We are seeking an experienced labor administrative professional for an office located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Main responsibilities include collecting and organizing all employee-related documentation for clients, such as employment contracts, payroll records, and registration or deregistration forms. The role also involves managing registrations, deregistrations, and modifications with Social Security via the RED system, and providing support in preparing and reviewing monthly payroll statements. Daily tasks include processing employment contracts through the Contrat@ application, as well as monitoring and archiving case files and contracts. Additionally, the role entails handling Social Security procedures for self-employed individuals and requesting digital certificates. The candidate will be responsible for customer service—both in person and via telephone or email—answering general inquiries or forwarding questions as appropriate. A dedicated software program will be used for managing corporate and employee databases, and labor records will be kept up to date. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Familiarity with management software (e.g., A3Nom, Ekon, Sage). * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage.
