The main responsibilities include: Supporting the Maître in organizing and supervising dining service. Managing stock, orders, and cellar inventories. Supervising service standards, protocols, and customer service. Training and mentoring the dining room team on wines and service. Coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service. Resolving incidents during service with a customer-oriented approach. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurants as 2nd Maître. • Advanced English \+ Other languages are desirable. • Outgoing personality, passion for customer service, and strong presence.
