Collaborative environment with senior technical teams DESCRIPTION BEIGAR is looking for 3 Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches to join a multinational technology company working on high-impact technology projects. These are positions with a strong autonomy component, where the role goes beyond facilitating ceremonies: we seek candidates capable of stabilizing teams’ agile dynamics, anticipating blockers, proactively addressing impediments, and influencing continuous improvement of both the team and the working environment. Hybrid mode: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite in Barcelona. **Responsibilities** * Maintain and reinforce teams’ agile dynamics. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Independently identify, manage, and remove impediments. * Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and refinement. * Promote continuous improvement within the team and the organization. * Manage agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput). * Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders. * Drive adoption of agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe). **What We Offer** * Direct hiring by a multinational technology company. * 3 open positions with high likelihood of fit. * Stable project within high-level technology environments. * Role with real impact on team culture and agile maturity. * Hybrid mode: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite. * Collaborative environment with senior technical teams. * Position with autonomy and influence capability. REQUIREMENTS * 2\-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in active agile environments. * Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. * Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies. * Ability to resolve impediments and manage team blockers. * English level B2\. * University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * CSM, PSM, or equivalent certifications. * Experience resolving conflicts within technical teams. * Advanced knowledge of agile metrics. * Prior experience in highly complex organizational environments. * Advanced communication, influence, and facilitation skills. * Mindset of continuous improvement and servant leadership.
