From LUZA Group, we are seeking a **Payroll Technician** to join an important advisory firm located in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include: * Full management of the payroll process (calculation, validation, and monthly closing). * Registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in Social Security (SILTRA, RED, Delta, etc.). * Calculation and settlement of taxes (IRPF, forms 111 and 190\). * Coordination with the accounting and finance departments for reconciliations. * Interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements. * Handling incidents (sick leave, maternity/paternity, ERTEs, garnishments, etc.). * Advising employees on their employment documentation. * Supervision of contractual documentation: contracts, extensions, final settlements. * Collaboration in internal and external HR audits. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar. * Previous experience as a Payroll Technician. * **Essential** proficiency in the A3 software (Wolters Kluwer). * Knowledge and experience in submitting and verifying Social Security filings (Sistema RED), especially within the Madrid region. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Preparation and submission of Form 111 and 190\. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract from day one. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Joining a leading company in the sector. * Professional stability and career development plan. * Positive work environment and team spirit.
