What We Are Looking For: Experience using property management software (preferably TAAF) Proficiency as a user of Outlook, Word, and Excel. We use Microsoft Teams for chat and telephony Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and Catalan Main Responsibilities: Opening and tracking community incidents; email, phone, and in-office support Assisting with administrative tasks related to filing and correspondence Career progression path to become a Community Executive for Property Owners Benefits: * One remote workday per week (after onboarding) * Birthday holiday (if it falls on a working day) * Maundy Thursday company holiday * Partnership with Legalites (Conversia) for personal legal consultations * Partnership with FIATC to contract health insurance policies at competitive rates * Continuous work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 with one hour for lunch; Fridays from 08:30 to 14:30 WellHub Well-being Platform.
