This person ensures stores adhere to brand guidelines while also adapting to market needs and consumer trends. Additionally, they play a key role in creating compelling visual experiences that drive sales and enhance brand image. Your main responsibilities will be: * Drive sales and margin by developing high-quality planograms that ensure stock coverage and good availability. * Define, design, develop, and deliver visual merchandising and space planning solutions for each product category and future concepts. * Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget. * Communicate all necessary details to stores to enable effective implementation of category changes and new concepts. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience as a visual merchandiser in retail or fast-moving consumer goods companies * Education in interior design, product design, or industrial design * Creativity * Product knowledge * Analytical ability * Communication skills * Knowledge of trends, space management, and proficiency with technological tools (Excel, SketchUp, AutoCAD, planogram software) If all this fits you, and you wish to join a family where learning and challenges never stop, your manager supports you, and you can help our customers make their homes more stylish.
