SACRA is a new focacceria set to open its doors in El Born in September. We are looking for the person who will lead our first location and become part of the founding team. **The position** You will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue and for leading a team of approximately 6 people. * Supervise service and customer experience. * Lead, train, and organize the team. * Manage opening and closing procedures. * Monitor inventory, orders, and cash handling. * Schedule shifts and holidays. * Ensure SACRA’s standards for product, service, and cleanliness. * Work on the front line alongside the team. **We are looking for** * Minimum 2+ years of experience in food service, fast-casual, or similar concepts. * Experience managing teams. * An organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual. * Proficiency in Spanish and English. * Flexible availability, including weekends. * An owner mindset and enthusiasm for building something from scratch. **We offer** * **€27,000 gross/year** * **Permanent contract · 40 hours/week** * Training by our chef prior to opening. * Opportunity to join SACRA’s founding team. * Potential for growth as SACRA expands. **Start date: September 10, 2026.** If you’re interested in joining SACRA from the beginning, **please send us your CV and briefly tell us why you’d like to join the project.** Salary: €27,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
