Job Summary: We are seeking a pharmaceutical packaging operator to supervise and execute production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in packaging within the pharmaceutical sector. 2. Loading, conditioning, and maintenance tasks for production rooms. 3. Equipment preparation and format changeovers on machinery. We require a packaging operator with experience in the pharmaceutical sector to work in Terrassa. The person will be responsible for several essential functions in the production process, supervising that everything operates efficiently and complies with quality standards. Main responsibilities include loading products onto packaging lines and performing primary and secondary conditioning. This includes boxing of products—whether liquid or solid—in the corresponding areas. It will also be necessary to keep production rooms and machinery clean, following protocols to ensure a safe and regulated working environment. Additionally, the person will prepare required rooms and equipment prior to each manufacturing run, ensuring all items are ready and available. This includes preparing production lines and coordinating resources. Another key task will be carrying out format changeovers on machinery and making necessary adjustments to ensure proper process operation. Teamwork skills, commitment, responsibility, and adherence to regulations and quality standards will be highly valued. Prior experience is required, along with completion of compulsory secondary education. Minimum 6 months’ recent experience as an operator on packaging machinery. Ability to work in a team, engagement, commitment, responsibility, and orientation toward regulations and quality. Minimum educational requirement: compulsory secondary education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel knowledge.
