




SPECIAL CONTRACT. Within the framework of the 2026 Youth in Practice programmes, a full-time 12-month position is offered to young people under 30 years of age registered with the Youth Guarantee scheme, specifically within the entity’s legal domain: legal affairs of non-profit organizations, monitoring contractual relationships with clients and suppliers, drafting and tracking legal compliance requirement matrices, etc. Mandatory requirements: registration in the Youth Guarantee register as a beneficiary; registration at the Employment Office (OT) as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO), with eligibility to formalize a training employment contract for professional practice at the time of signing. Candidates must hold the qualification required by this vacancy, obtained no more than three years prior to the application date, and possess no more than three months of professional experience related to their field of study. The candidate will participate in event management activities within the Communications Department. Key responsibilities include: designing, planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of events; leading and supervising teams of subcontracted professionals; proposing creative ideas for events; organizing venues and managing all event details—including decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, and location; proactively managing and resolving any issues arising before or on the day of the event; end-to-end event planning—concept development, budgeting, scheduling, supplier coordination, and outcome evaluation; managing social media platforms before, during, and after events (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.); liaising with partners and sponsors—including actively seeking synergies and collaborations; data analysis—collecting KPIs (attendance, engagement, ROI) and preparing actionable reports; coordinating multidisciplinary teams (volunteers, technical staff, artists, suppliers). * Minimum 2 months’ experience in the required field of training. * Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Tourism, or Protocol and Event Management. * Catalan (advanced spoken and written proficiency). * Competencies / knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Catalan and Spanish; high levels of creativity, organization, initiative, and teamwork. * Temporary employment contract (12 months). * Full-time working hours. * Gross monthly salary: €1,596. * Additional relevant information: €1,596 × 12 payments.
