Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook, Second-Class Skilled Worker, to prepare, cook, and present dishes; assist in organizing the assigned kitchen station; and comply with quality standards. Key Points: 1. Commitment to service quality and teamwork. 2. Responsibility in complying with hygiene and safety standards. 3. Proactive, organized person with the ability to work under pressure. This is a position for a Cook, Second-Class Skilled Worker. Permanent contract, full-time schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 12–4 PM and 8–10:40 PM. Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes following instructions from the Head Chef. Support in organizing the assigned kitchen station and adherence to quality standards. Receiving, controlling, storing, and properly preserving raw materials. Collaboration in menu planning and preparation of mise en place. Strict compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety regulations. Basic cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspace. Stock control coordinated with the responsible person. Resolution of incidents under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. * Experience: 6 months. Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in professional kitchens (restaurants, hotels, or catering services) * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION (FP) * Competencies / Knowledge: Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and commitment to service quality. Responsibility in complying with kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Proactive, organized person with the ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, responsibility, and punctuality.
