Position Summary: We are seeking a flat-bed sewing machine operator with experience in upholstery manufacturing, producing custom covers, cushions, and components, with attention to detail and precision. Requires precision, rhythm, and attention to detail in manual tasks We seek a flat-bed sewing machine operator with experience in upholstery manufacturing. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and attention to detail are required. Work in an upholstery workshop producing custom covers, cushions, and components. Regular use of industrial flat-bed sewing machine. Cutting and preparing fabrics according to measurements. Assembling and fitting covers onto frames. Occasional support in other upholstery-related workshop tasks. Manual work requiring precision, rhythm, and attention to detail. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience operating industrial flat-bed sewing machines and autonomy in sewing tasks is required. Upholstery experience is desirable. A sewing test will be conducted during the interview. * Competencies / Knowledge: Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail. Skilled in manual tasks and precise finishing. Capable of teamwork and maintaining workflow rhythm in a workshop setting. Knowledge of various upholstery fabrics and materials is advantageous. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn are valued. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time schedule (20 hours \- weekly) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '750' to '950' * Additional information of interest: Joining an established company in the upholstery sector.
