Within our Urban Planning Department, we work with and advise our clients—both private and public—on all aspects and phases of urban planning and urban projects (planning, urban management, preliminary studies, land-use changes, development of urban projects, land readjustment, valuations, etc.). We seek to incorporate into our Urban Planning Team a **senior architect** with experience in urban planning—specifically in drafting planning instruments, advising on urban management matters, land readjustment, etc. We seek someone who wishes to regain technical agility and witness how their projects tangibly transform the surrounding environment. **Your Responsibilities** As a high-responsibility role, your main duties will include: * **Expert Advice on Urban Planning Regulations**: Strategic interpretation and application of current regulations to complex projects. * **Leadership in Planning Document Drafting**: Technical direction and drafting of general and derivative planning instruments. * **Advanced Urban Management**: Comprehensive advisory support throughout urban management and implementation processes. * **Strategic Vision**: Development of masterplans and preparation of preliminary feasibility studies for large-scale developments. **What We’re Looking For (Senior Profile)** * **Education**: Degree in Architecture. * **Experience**: Minimum required experience of **5 to 8 years** in similar roles (specifically in urban advisory and drafting). * **Tools**: Advanced and **mandatory proficiency in MicroStation**. * **Soft Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with public administration and clients, analytical vision, and operational autonomy. * **Availability**: On-site incorporation to provide direct support to the department’s leadership. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time working hours. * Working hours from 8:30/9 a.m. to 6/6:30 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Attractive remuneration. * Salary negotiable according to experience. * Continuous professional training.
