If you are passionate about hospitality and customer service, this is a perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** * **Leadership, planning, and control of the dining area**: supervision of the restaurant, banquet halls, bar-cafeteria, and other related spaces. * **Scheduling and vacation planning** for the staff under your supervision, ensuring optimal shift distribution. * **Hiring new, temporary, or ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) staff**, in coordination with the Human Resources department. * **Monitoring key performance indicators together with administration/management** to ensure efficient management of your team. * **Conducting inventories and coordinating with the purchasing department** to effectively manage orders. * **Monitoring production and expenditure within your department**, ensuring efficient use of resources. * **Customer service**: handling complaints and suggestions to enhance the guest experience. * **Cash collection, reconciliation, and settlement** of daily revenue, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial operations. * **Active participation in training staff under your supervision**, ensuring full compliance with ABBA Hoteles’ procedures. * **Supervising setup and decoration** of various hotel areas, ensuring all details meet the chain’s quality standards. * **Management and maintenance of equipment** required for operations across all dining areas. * **Reservation management** and coordination with the Information Coordination Center (CCI) for organizing groups, events, and other special services. **We offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Rotating shifts (with more afternoon hours). * Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * A dynamic and professional work environment within a renowned hotel chain. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Compensation aligned with contributions. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in similar positions within the hotel and/or restaurant industry. * Fluent English.
