We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW TEAM** ------------------- We are looking for a Commercial Showroom Manager to join our Commercial Showroom team. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** ### **Your mission will be to lead the Commercial Showroom area, ensuring efficient management of samples supporting the company’s key commercial milestones.** **You will be responsible for coordinating the team, optimizing daily operations, and leading the evolution of the sample management model—driving process improvements, digitalization, and new ways of working that meet business needs.** * Lead, develop, and support the Commercial Showroom Warehouse Technicians team, combining strategic vision with hands-on, operational leadership. * Ensure planning, coordination, and availability of samples for various internal teams (Product, Online, Franchises, Visual Merchandising, Pilot Store, Pattern Making, Quality, among others). * Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead transformation initiatives to build a more efficient, integrated, and scalable management model. * Define, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure an agile service aligned with business priorities. * Drive digitalization of the area and evolution of tools and processes, incorporating new technologies and Artificial Intelligence where they add value. * Actively participate in day-to-day operations when volume or criticality demands it, supporting the team on the ground. ### **ABOUT YOU:** * Experience leading operational teams in dynamic environments. * Ability to manage process improvement and transformation projects. * Analytical profile with experience tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions (Advanced Excel; Power BI). * Excellent communication and influencing skills. * Hands-on, practical, service-oriented leadership, with willingness to engage in operational tasks when needed. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills. * Interest in innovation, digitalization, and applying AI to business processes.
