Develop and execute annual plans for each account, aligning brand objectives with commercial ambition to maximize revenue and shelf presence. Negotiate contracts, templates, and annual agreements, building strong, long-term partnerships. Activate promotions, product launches, and listings in coordination with Trade Marketing and Marketing, boosting visibility and turnover at the point of sale. Analyze each customer’s performance using KPIs, forecasts, and sales behavior—anticipating opportunities and implementing immediate improvements. Be accountable for the P&L of each account, ensuring margins, efficiency, and flawless execution. Expand the commercial network by identifying new opportunities, presenting our portfolio, and closing agreements that accelerate growth in the channel. **What Do You Need to Join Our Team?** Desirable: Intermediate-level degree, diploma, or equivalent Cacaolat experience. Mandatory: 2–3 years’ experience in commercial management, preferably from the food FMCG sector—and ideally with products distributed through hospitality and/or modern foodservice channels.
