The selected candidate will lead a team, manage daily operations, and act as the direct liaison with the client to ensure the highest service quality. Responsibilities include staff coordination, task supervision, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This position offers an indefinite contract with an annual gross salary of €26,000, paid in 15 installments. Working hours will follow rotating afternoon shifts, each lasting two weeks: Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00, followed by Monday to Saturday from 15:00 to 21:40 for the next two weeks. At least 2–3 years of prior experience managing teams of over 15 people in the cleaning sector is required, along with a minimum educational qualification of E.S.O. and digital skills for using office software and email. A personal vehicle is mandatory to access the industrial park where the workplace is located. Initiative and responsiveness will be valued.
