The role directly contributes to residents' well-being by helping maintain a welcoming and safe environment. Duties include cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, organizing kitchens, and other tasks typical of this position. Working hours are part-time, totaling 12 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday during morning shifts between 09:00 and 15:00, with breaks established by law. The ability to work autonomously and with attention to detail is highly valued. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on the quality of life of individuals in vulnerable situations, within a team dedicated to supporting others. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (social sector). * Full availability. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and quick response capability. Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
