We seek a candidate with extensive experience and strong leadership skills to coordinate and ensure the proper execution of works. Main Responsibilities * Interpretation and application of drawings to ensure proper project execution. * Planning, organization, and coordination of various work zones: access routes, material storage areas, unloading operations, and internal logistics. * Supervision of machinery and auxiliary equipment, optimizing their usage and performance. * Management and control of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Assignment of tasks to both in-house and external personnel, guaranteeing optimal resource allocation. * Monitoring of work progress, verifying productivity, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective measures. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site, ensuring a safe and orderly working environment. * Direct reporting to the Site Manager regarding work status, incidents, and operational needs. Requirements Certified training in **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)** (minimum 60 hours or more). **Class B driving license** and availability for mobility within Barcelona. **Minimum 8 years of experience** in civil works projects, with specialization in **infrastructure projects (roads, urban developments, civil infrastructure).** Solid knowledge of site organization, resource management, and productivity control. Leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary team coordination skills. Immediate or short-term availability to start. Benefits Indefinite contract with an established company.
