Technical Coordinator \- IT Migration (June) Zaidan IT Solutions, an IT services consulting firm, is looking for 1 Senior Technician to lead a one-month temporary IT migration project in an industrial corporate environment in Riells i Viabrea, Girona. We seek a technical profile with experience in team coordination, advanced support, and incident management in Microsoft environments and infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** Technical coordination of the on-site migration team. Execution and supervision of Windows and OneDrive migration processes. Advanced diagnosis and resolution of IT incidents. Basic networking support and connectivity validation. Operational tracking and progress reporting of the project. Technical management under ITIL procedures and incident analysis. **Requirements:** Experience as a senior technician, OSS, or IT coordinator. Experience leading technical teams or IT deployments. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and connectivity. Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments and migrations. Problem-solving, autonomous, and adaptable profile suited for mixed environments.
