A socio-healthcare hospital center with over 50 years of experience is creating a new position in the administrative and economic management area, for a financial controller/accountant. Your mission will be to ensure financial control, supervision, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:  Perform financial and accounting analysis.  Manage accounting, analytical accounting, and cost accounting.  Coordinate and lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report on deviations.  Develop and document accounting procedures and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.  Prepare and review monthly and annual closings, ensuring defined requirements are met.  Manage and control costs.  Prepare and produce financial reports.  Produce monthly reports for strategic decision-making by management.  Analyze variances and identify corrective measures. Identify financial risks and opportunities for the company.  Coordinate internal and external audits.  Participate in short-, medium-, and long-term treasury planning.  Investments and revenues.  Ensure effective communication between departments and individuals regarding all financial matters.  Improve departmental processes and systems. Requirements  Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.  Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant/financial controller, with solid knowledge of accounting and financial processes.  Proficiency in computer tools, advanced Excel, and ERP systems.  Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.  Proactive and results-driven.
