Job Mission A multinational company is seeking to hire a Controller who will join the Controlling team, reporting directly to the Head of Controlling \& Accounting and collaborating closely with a Senior Controller. The position will have a strong analytical focus and will actively participate in ongoing business analysis, providing key information for decision-making and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and tools. This is a role with high internal visibility and growth potential. 2\. Key Responsibilities Preparation and delivery of Group operational and financial information. Ongoing analysis of operational and financial data, as well as key KPIs. Active participation in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analysis of budget variances and follow-up with various departments. Cost control and analysis by cost center. Participation in weekly and monthly reporting meetings. Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports. Analytical support to various departments and senior management. Automation and optimization of reports using the company’s tools. Participation in developing new tools to enhance processes, efficiency, and reporting systems. Additional reporting required by senior management or the Board. This role is not purely operational; it requires the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and deliver tangible value to the business. 3\. Professional Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Controlling or Audit roles (candidates from Big4 firms are especially valued). Solid foundation in management accounting and knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts. Experience in financial analysis, KPI tracking, and budget monitoring. Very advanced level of English (mandatory). Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI or similar); agility with technological tools and orientation toward automation is required. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. 4\. Key Competencies Highly analytical profile with strategic interpretation capability of data.
