Job Summary: OMNIOS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee software development projects using agile methodologies, manage client relationships, and ensure quality and efficiency goals within a young team. You will join a young team and work on diverse and interesting projects from day one, making a real impact while pushing the current boundaries of AI, natural language processing, and analytics. **What Will Be Your Mission?** As a Project Manager at OMNIOS, your primary role will be to oversee software development projects using agile methodologies, manage client relationships, and guarantee the achievement of quality and efficiency objectives. You will lead the entire project life\-cycle—from definition through monitoring. **Your Day-to-Day as a Project Manager at OMNIOS:** * You will manage software development projects, being responsible for overseeing technologically developed solutions using agile methodologies. * You will maintain close client relationships, understanding their needs and requests. * You will define, analyze, and be responsible for tracking projects throughout their entire life\-cycle. * You will ensure achievement of established objectives regarding quality, productivity, and efficiency, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. * You will define and monitor project objectives in collaboration with clients. * You will monitor, plan, and control project scope. * You will plan and control project costs and timelines. * You will effectively coordinate team members and resources. * You will make decisions to address customer and team dissatisfaction. * You will make decisions to address new client needs and explore new collaboration opportunities. **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:** * Education in project management or equivalent experience in technology delivery environments. * \+3 years of experience managing end\-to\-end software development projects (scope, planning, execution, and closure). * Experience leading and managing delivery teams, ensuring alignment, performance, and motivation. * Experience in client management, acting as the main point of contact, managing expectations, and building long-term trust-based relationships. * Strong business orientation, with the ability to identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts, in collaboration with commercial teams. * Experience managing risks, dependencies, and changes, with foresight and decision-making capability. * An analytical, results-oriented profile focused on on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. * Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels—including non-technical profiles. * A proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous individual. * Experience working with Jira or any other agile project management software. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis and reporting. * Teamwork and cooperation in dynamic environments. * Advanced spoken and written Catalan and Spanish; advanced English. **It Would Be Ideal If You Also Have:** * Professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (NLP, ML, etc.) **What Do We Offer at OMNIOS?** * The opportunity to join a pioneering company in the field of artificial intelligence. * Hybrid work model: 3 days remote and 2 days in the office. * 25 vacation days. * A free day on your birthday. * Flexible weekly schedule of 38 hours: * Start time between 8:00 and 10:00 / End time between 16:30 and 18:30. * Fridays: 8:00–14:00 or 9:00–15:00. * Intensive schedule in July and August (35 hours per week). * Fully remote in August. * Office located in central Barcelona. * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transportation allowance, childcare vouchers.
