**About the role**
We are seeking a **Product Engineer with German language skills** to join an international environment within the industrial/automotive sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of products during the proposal and development phases, collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and schedule standards.
**Key responsibilities:**

* Ensure, together with the Product Engineering Master, the technical feasibility of the product during the proposal and development phases, following the company’s methodology.
* Apply standardized solutions and lessons learned across all product development processes.
* Participate in design reviews under the supervision of the Design Master.
* Ensure product development and prototype delivery according to customer-defined milestones.
* Participate in product and process FMEA analyses.
* Analyze results from technical tests and trials, defining corrective actions jointly with the Design Quality team.
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams on product industrialization.
* Manage product modifications throughout the entire development lifecycle.
* Drive competitiveness through improvements in cost, quality, and performance by incorporating new technical solutions derived from competitive analysis and benchmarking.
* Work alongside Procurement and suppliers to optimize components in terms of cost, quality, and manufacturability.
* Supervise and ensure CAD (3D and 2D) design development.
* Propose and implement lessons learned during the industrialization phase.
* Maintain fluent communication with customer engineering departments to ensure proper product development.

**Requirements:**

* University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Fluent spoken and written German and English.
* Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Prior experience in mechanical product development.
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments.
* Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and teamwork orientation.
**Particularly valued:**

* Previous experience in the automotive sector.
* Knowledge and experience in plastic parts design and development.
* Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools.
* Experience in industrialization processes and supplier management.
