Founded in 1982, we are recognized as Europe’s largest exporter of fresh avocados and a benchmark in the sector. **What We Are Looking For** ---------------- We seek a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who will provide technical and administrative support to the Infrastructure Department, managing all documentation, records, and departmental tasks—ensuring order, traceability, and documentary compliance—with technical capability for plant operations, project management, and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support technical-economic monitoring of projects and maintenance activities, collaborating in budget preparation and review, procurement, certifications, and cost control. * Collaborate in organizing and updating technical documentation related to facilities, inspections, legalizations, and projects. * Support preparation for audits and inspections by gathering and structuring required technical information. * Collaborate in scheduling preventive maintenance and monitoring regulatory expiry dates to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity. * Support planning and tracking of work orders in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Gather and structure technical and economic information on projects and construction works to facilitate analysis and decision-making. * Support administrative-technical monitoring of projects, maintaining coordination with suppliers and internal departments. * Participate in data collection for preparing technical, energy, and economic reports, as well as managing incentives (CAE’s, R&D&i, and audits). * Collaborate in document management related to hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring legal compliance and traceability. * Contribute to continuous improvement and updating of databases and information systems within the technical department. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Prior experience in related positions will be valued. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Professional growth within a company undergoing full expansion. * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time position with permanent contract. * Salary commensurate with qualifications, training, and prior experience.
