




Requirements: Minimum 12 months of experience, CFGM in hospitality or equivalent, and intermediate level (B2) oral and written knowledge of the Catalan language as defined by the General Directorate of Linguistic Policy or equivalent. Desirable: Additional training in the hospitality sector, knowledge in preparing age-adapted menus, and knowledge of the food safety self-control system APPCC. Conditions: Temporary contract, full-time schedule from 14:30 to 22:00 with corresponding breaks, gross monthly salary €1,863 (14 payments). o Carry out kitchen service duties under the supervision of the head chef. o Be responsible for preparing scheduled and planned meals. o Ensure quality in both food preparation and dish presentation. o Maintain food hygiene standards and follow good practices in food handling. o Be responsible for the proper use of appropriate clothing, machinery, utensils, cleaning products, and protective measures provided by the company. o Manage inventory control and necessary restocking of supplies for meal preparation under the supervision of the head chef or center management. o Perform tasks independently, with initiative and responsibility, under the supervision, coordination, and planning of the head chef, kitchen technician, and/or center management. * 24 months of experience.
