We are seeking maintenance technicians for electrical and HVAC installations in the tertiary sector for our Maintenance Department in Barcelona. **Mission** If selected, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of maintenance services across various sites, meeting the operational needs of each assigned building. * Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for assigned facilities, primarily in HVAC and electrical specialties. * Performance of corrective maintenance tasks on facilities under your responsibility, with a high degree of complexity in HVAC or electrical areas.
