We are seeking personnel to operate a forklift in an automotive sector warehouse in Esparreguera. Main tasks include loading and unloading trucks, supplying production lines, and organizing the warehouse. You will also be responsible for inventory control to maintain order and efficiency in the workplace. This is a temporary position requiring constant attention to safety regulations. Precise forklift operation is essential, following protocols to prevent accidents. Communication with team members and supervisors is key to coordinating daily work and resolving any unforeseen issues. This role is critical to the logistics chain. Autonomy to improve processes and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment are highly valued. Quality performance and adherence to deadlines are fundamental to success in this position. A valid forklift operator license and at least two years of prior experience in a similar role—preferably within the automotive sector—are required. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting.
