Support development, debugging, porting, and optimization activities. ##### **About SiPearl…** SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high\-performance energy\-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. These CPUs will help address strategic challenges in the fields of security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint. In June 25, SiPearl completed the design of the most complex CPU ever designed in Europe, Rhea1\. Featuring 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores, with 61 billion transistors, it is currently in production at TSMC. Sipearl CPUs will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers belonging to EuroHPC JU: Rhea1 will be integrated into the JUPITER machine based in Germany and Rhea2 will be part of Alice Recoque in France. Incubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium and seed\-funded by the European Union, SiPearl employs almost 200 people in : * France (Maisons\-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis), * Spain (Barcelona) * and Italy (Bologna) Following a €130 million Series A, the company has launched its Series B round. ##### **About the role** We are looking for highly motivated **DevOps / System Administrator Engineers** to design, build, and operate our **Technical Laboratory**, a pre\-commercial and validation environment for SiPearl servers and testbeds. Working closely with hardware, software, validation, and CI/CD teams across multiple countries, you will ensure a reliable, scalable, and high\-performance infrastructure that supports the development and validation of next\-generation SiPearl technologies. ##### **Your missions** * Design, deploy, and maintain the Technical Laboratory infrastructure and testbeds * Define and implement hosting services (power, cooling, user support) required for stable operations * Administer and monitor system software environments, including user management and accounting * Ensure connectivity and compatibility of new devices across multiple configurations (OS, kernel, drivers, PCIe, etc.) * Support internal teams and partners in development, debugging, porting, and optimization activities * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling systems, and packaging/release processes * Provide a robust, scalable, and flexible environment to validate SiPearl’s next\-generation chips ##### **What will help you succeed in this role** * **Systems \& Networking:** 4\+ years in Linux Admin (RHEL/Debian) and Network services (VPN, DHCP, Firewalls, PXE) and Security (Kerberos) * **Hardware Integration:** Hands\-on experience with server deployment and integrating accelerators (SmartNICs, FPGAs, GPUs) * **Virtualization \& Orchestration:** Advanced knowledge of KVM, Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes. * **Job Schedulers \& Storage:** Proficiency in managing distributed storage (NFS), object storage, and environment modules (Lmod, Spack, Easybuild) * **DevOps \& Automation:** Experience with IaC (Ansible), CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub), and workload managers (Slurm) * **Monitoring:** Knowledge in monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus), Cloud monitoring (AWS/Azure) and Visualization (Grafana) * **Programming:** Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash. ##### **Experience in the following areas is a plus** * Experience on both ARM and X86 architectures, RISC\-V is a plus * Familiarity with HPC, AI and Cloud ecosystems and associated constraints *Note: The tasks listed above are not exhaustive.
