A full-time employment contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of forty hours distributed from Monday to Sunday. Work is organized into rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. Main duties include product quality inspection, workforce team management, and staff training. The role also entails time and production control, as well as auditing performed work to ensure proper execution. Additional responsibilities include resolving any incidents that may arise and maintaining direct customer interaction, along with other routine tasks at the workplace. * Experience in quality control within the automotive sector. * Experience leading work teams. * We seek an organized individual with initiative and leadership skills. * Proficiency in computer applications. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Personal vehicle required to reach the facilities. * Immediate availability. . * Valid forklift operator certificate.
