Currently, we operate **12 residential centers**, and we are undergoing a growth and expansion process. We are a company committed to the quality of life of our residents and seek individuals who share our values. We are currently seeking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** for the **residential center located in the Maresme area.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform **general maintenance tasks** at the center (minor repairs, painting, basic electricity, plumbing, and carpentry). * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** of **facilities** (lighting, water, air conditioning, doors, furniture, etc.). * Ensure proper **conservation, safety, and cleanliness** of the residential center. * Monitor and **record** maintenance activities according to the established plan. * Collaborate with center staff to address daily **minor incidents.** **We offer:** * Temporary contract (substitution) * Working week of **40 hours/week** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00.** * **€17,094\-€20,000 gross/year**, depending on experience, plus up to **€1,500 gross/year** bonus based on objectives **Requirements:** * Courses or studies related to **facility maintenance**, among others * Experience in maintenance of buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, or residential centers. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. * Office software skills to record performed maintenance activities. ### **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace * Training program * Uniform provided * Temporary * Full-time * €17,000 \- €21,500 * Mataró, CT, Spain
