




A person is required to perform concierge duties in a building. Basic computer skills and prior experience in similar positions are considered advantageous. It is essential that the candidate holds a disability certificate of 33% or higher and/or IPT, as priority is given to hiring candidates with functional diversity. Main responsibilities include monitoring and managing building access, supervising the proper functioning of condominium equipment, receiving correspondence, and providing assistance in emergencies or incidents, including leading evacuation if necessary. A weekly working schedule of 25 hours is offered, distributed across morning shifts (10:00–13:00) and afternoon shifts (17:00–20:00), Monday through Sunday. The contract is temporary, covering a vacation replacement.
