At Grupo Planeta, we are currently seeking an **HR Technician** for our Planeta Formación y Universidades division.
Your mission will be to manage and execute operational Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, proper execution of recruitment processes, personnel administration, and support for the organization’s talent management policies.
What would your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
* Providing support and follow-up to the assigned Business Unit.
* Monitoring recruitment processes.
* Managing the hiring and onboarding process.
* Analyzing and interpreting data (KPIs), personnel reports, and other ad hoc reports.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for employees: resolving incidents and/or answering questions.
* Managing vacation requests, leaves of absence, absences, and incidents.
* Handling employee registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications in coordination with the Corporate Department.
* Supporting the identification, organization, and monitoring of training needs.
* Assisting with performance evaluations and development plans.
What would we like to see in your CV?
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, and/or Psychology. A Master’s degree in HR is desirable.
* Experience: Minimum of 1\-2 years as an HR generalist.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Advanced English (C1\).
* Catalan and French are desirable.
