BIM Draftsperson

Description

We are seeking a professional to perform modeling and information management in construction projects using the BIM methodology, with a focus on technical installations. Main responsibilities include creating and developing 3D digital models of MEP systems—such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—and generating drawings, construction details, and technical documentation from those models using software like Revit and AutoCAD. Additionally, models will be coordinated and integrated with engineering and architecture teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of all project information throughout its lifecycle, updating models according to changes arising during construction. A technical background in drafting, engineering, or related fields is required, along with demonstrable experience in BIM modeling—especially for technical installations. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, as is the ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate information across disciplines. Organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving initiative, and a collaborative attitude for working within multidisciplinary teams are highly valued.
